The Netstar Car Dash Cam with GPS comes with 12 months of free access to our telematics software. You will be able to access this software on any of your devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. On this platform, you will be able to view both the historical and current location data and vehicle activity recorded by the GPS Dash Cam device. With this data, you can keep track of your vehicle wherever it is and secure it in the event of emergencies or theft.
Can I download and save specific video clips from the dash cam?
The dash cam records all of your vehicle’s activity onto the SD card inserted into it. To download or save specific video clips, follow the instructions on the device manual to safely remove the SD card from the dash cam. You can connect the SD card to your computer or other compatible device in order to access all of the video files stored within. Simple save the video clips you have chosen onto your device. Remember to place the SD card back into the dash cam after.
What type of memory card is compatible with the dash cam?
A 128GB SD card is included with the Netstar Dash Cam with GPS. You can also use other SD cards of different storage sizes, but we recommend at least 128 GB for optimum performance.
